Phoenix activity investigation into Ready Flowers and ZFlowers
The re-badged scammers are back into expensive Banner Ads with the fake photos that are digitally constructed.
Thomas Hegarty, Deborah Hegarty, Peter Hegarty & now Sebastian Hegarty AKA The Hegarty Clan
who claim to be dealing in over 90 countries and who cannot compete
without scamming and cheating.
Ready Flowers started unravelling by refusing to pay partner florists and not refunding consumers
Facebook page for hundreds of partner florists that revolt for non payment, with some being owed up to $50,000
ABOVE is some of Hegarty & Ready Flowers Legacy passing to zFlowers which includes the following self-serving bullshit now displayed on zFlowers:
"We’ve Grown because we are Good ..."
"In our first 10 years, zFlowers.com served over 1,000,000 customers and became a market leader in the online gifts space"
For years and years the Hegarty's have brought misery and frustration to thousands of consumers. Over those years, the ACCC and Fair Trading Agencies have paid lip service to complaints regarding the Hegarty conduct, but in fact do nothing about it.
AND FROM THE ONE & ONLY FAKER & ZFLOWERS OWNER THOMAS HEGARTY.....
....of course where would we be without
5 STARS FROM THE SELF SERVING FAKER THOMAS HEGARTY
AND EVEN MORE... 5 STARS FROM FAKER TOM
ALL which likely breach the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
Published by zFlowers itself, and written in overly positive or “marketing speak” writing styles as identified by the ACCC .
ALSO the so called reviews are all 5 STARS, a feature that Faker Tom is so famous for,
and of course they OMIT the bad reviews @ Facebook , archived in the column above.
